Confusing AC/heater controls.

I recently stayed for a week in New York for a business trip and chose this hotel due to its central location near the subway. The AC and heater worked perfectly in the cozy room, and the staff were delightful and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Despite the small room size, the cleanliness was satisfactory, and the convenience of a supermarket nearby was a plus. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location for easy access to different parts of the city.

The helpful staff led me to great dining spots. With Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception, it's perfect for me. Plus, the bar, fitness center, and flat-screen TV make it even better. I always come back for my city trips.

Thanks for a such great stay in a good area of NYC. The setting is magnificent and brilliant, not far from Penn Station, subway, Times Square.

The Moore was packed with amenities, from the rooftop and fitness center to the complimentary WiFi. The hotel's safety features were top-notch, making me feel like I was in a fortress. And oh, those poly-cotton blend sheets - so luxurious!

The recent trip to NYC was a success at a conveniently located hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating during a minor inconvenience. The room was spacious and stylishly designed, with soundproofing for a peaceful stay. The bathroom was luxurious and well-equipped. The lobby cafe/bar was a stylish and convenient amenity, open 24 hours. a great bargain for a trip to the city.

I recently stayed at The Moore in Chelsea for a few days and it was the perfect base to explore the neighborhood. The hotel's central location allowed me to easily access public transportation, the Hudson walkway, and various tourist landmarks. The surrounding area offered a great mix of restaurants, bars, and shops, from hole in the wall Chinese takeouts to upscale vegan dining. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a cozy reception cafe and lounge. The rooftop bar and sitting area were a bonus for relaxing after a long day of exploring. a fantastic stay!

Located in a pleasant neighbourhood, this hotel is close to many major tourist attractions. It is right in the heart of Chelsea, with a two-minute walk to the subway. The staff provides excellent service and is extremely friendly. There are locker facilities and tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, which make them comfortable.

The heating system in the room can be improved.

The location and equipment, the room and its furnishings

The breakfast was simply unworthy of a hotel, even in the university city we had a better breakfast ... it's very simple I didn't take it because in the room I made it myself in better and with the equipment of the room ... it's really regrettable for a classified hotel in the center of Manhattan in the heart of New York.

The location is excellent, close to the sites I had to visit.

The guestrooms at The Moore are just so cozy and stylish. I loved snuggling up with the down pillows and catching up on my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The complimentary high-speed wireless internet was a great perk for a tech-savvy beach lover like me.

Some might find the option for up to 2 beds in the room a bit crowded, but I didn't mind it.

Located in the very nice area of Chelsea and close to the metro (1 street), cute and quiet hotel. Every morning coffee, orange juice, very good pastries are available at the hotel reception for everyone. lady of the room service who was adorable and smiling every day and young lady of the bar very pleasant. rest of the staff is nice but without more it misses a little bit of smiles in this hotel, too bad.

Bad bedding, ultra soft and squeaky mattress not comfortable at all. Small rooms, but you can fit a suitcase. Room with a view of a big big wall. Shower with a very low water pressure, we asked at the reception, a repairman came but then no news when the knob was supposed to be changed... Also to leave the hotel I asked for advice for a taxi, the man offered me a car at 75$ which I refused, I then asked for a "regular taxi" and he answered that I would pay much more if I chose this solution because the "Fair Price" is only valid from JFK to NY which is totally false... The rooftop closes for work in high season is badly chosen I think but I can be wrong.

Greatly situated hotel - the most interesting tourist places in Chelsea are at your fingertips. Nice staff and beautiful reception.

I got a very tight room, where it was very difficult to get fresh air to such an extent that I felt dizzy. Weak breakfasts.

I arrived at the hotel late at night, exhausted from my travels. The reception area was a welcome sight, modern and clean. I was thrilled to learn that my room had been upgraded, and was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I had a great stay.

The breakfast service, which in addition to being poor, only had sweets (good quality), there was no place to have breakfast, it had to be done at the reception, without tables and chairs suitable for it. If they can't provide breakfast they don't offer it. We also did not like the attention of most of the reception staff, with a bad face and passing us by, only one of them was kind and tried to understand us in our poor English.

The free continental breakfast is very convenient and good: Good coffee, quality pastries. The ideal esi location.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference because it provides a genuine sense of home for business and leisure travelers alike. The location was great, the staff was friendly and the lobby/bar area was well renovated. The free water provided was a nice touch. The rooms, though small, were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

One service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast WiFi connection.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel as it had many positive aspects. the hotel was located in a great area which we found convenient for our visit. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and provided outstanding service with smiles. Lastly, the hotel had a sun terrace which was perfect for chilling out.

Excellent location for sightseeing, walking distance to attractions. Impeccably clean and cozy rooms with nice surprise for honeymooners. Rooftop bar not open, but guests can bring drinks and purchase them in the lobby. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast offered sweet options and apples. Highly recommended.

great location, the best neighborhood in New York, around is beautiful, filmed, safe, there are shops and lots of pubs. Hotel service is excellent (Riley - a nice person!). I was surprised that there was breakfast in the hotel (coffee, juice and sweet buns), although I didn't pay for them. Every day, really thorough cleaning and towel change. I will definitely come there next time.

The only downside is the window overlooking the wall, but it's nothing unusual in this town. Besides, it's all right.

The room was extremely small, even by city standards. It was a struggle for two people with luggage to fit comfortably.

There was an incident at the hotel. room next to mine was quite violent: in the evening a man was in that room shouting "give me back my money" in a very angry and violent way. I didn't dare to leave my room right away, I was so scared. I had the courage to go to the reception desk to call security, they didn't move immediately or at least they arrived too late and people in the room were no longer there. I was terrified that it would happen again at night. next day a man who was obviously in an abnormal state knocked on the door again. I was going out at that time. Security was called again and this time they arrested him. As I left they called the police. I didn't feel safe at all. There's no check at the entrance everybody can go in and that's what happened. staff is charming and hotel is well situated but I won't go back.

As a regular traveler to NYC, The Moore is the best hotel I've experienced in Manhattan & Brooklyn. Its stylish location in Chelsea offers a quiet and safe colonial street. Conveniently close to bars, clubs, and restaurants, it's perfect for a unique night out. The spacious and stylish rooms are soundproof, and the neighborhood is peaceful. The daily serviced rooms and heavenly bathrooms with Maison Margiela bath products add a touch of luxury. The 24-hour cafe and bar in the lobby are beautifully curated with local coffees, pastries, and wines, perfect for a morning pick-me-up or a nightcap. The modish staff offers exceptional service.

Very good location the rates vary depending on the period in this case I had a very good price for NY with room overlooking the Empire State Building! Nice !

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in the Chelsea area was perfect for us, as it was in a good neighborhood with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service. They were always there to assist us with any request and had smiles on their faces. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a sun terrace where we could relax and a fitness center to stay active. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities such as the flat-screen TV and free toiletries. we were very impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

We loved the location of this hotel in a great area of Manhattan. It was easy to walk to other neighborhoods and there were plenty of local restaurants nearby. I was disappointed with the size of the room. It was quite small, which made it a bit cramped, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room.

The Moore is the perfect spot to crash after a full day of running around the city. It's so close to all the cool spots, like the High Line and Chelsea Markets, making it super convenient for tired parents and restless kids.

In my wife's opinion, The Moore could improve by offering more family-friendly entertainment options in the evenings.
